Synerlytics makes enCompass360°, batch review software for manufacturing. It was built by engineers who spent their careers wiring plant-floor systems together, led by Jeff Weiss, Founder and CEO. Synerlytics is an Innovative company: Innovative Consulting, our sister company, brings enCompass360° to its customers.

enCompass360° is the enhanced version of a platform that is in production on a customer's pharmaceutical line today. What is new is the brand, and the browser interface and suite now in development. The core has been doing this work on the plant floor for years.

Binaya Sharma
Partner · President, Innovative Consulting Inc.Binaya leads the Innovative family from the Pacific Northwest, focused on life-sciences manufacturing and quality. He builds the manufacturing-execution side of the practice and spends his time where adoption happens, with the quality and operations teams who run regulated production every day.
